Ethan is FIVE!

Ethan turned 5 on February 1st. I was only 1 month late on his pictures, not too shabby ;)  As a treat for all the great smiles he gave me, I told him he could tell me when he was ready to leave the playground. He looked at me and said "so I can stay as long as I want??" When I said "yep", he replied "YESSSS!!!!"

Florida Railroad Museum

After Parrish's annual Heritage Day parade on March 1st 2014, we headed to the Florida Railroad Museum for the Heritage Day Festival. The festival had lots of fun stuff to do, like bounce houses, train rides, a rock wall and chili tasting for the chili cook-off. We were able to tour a train's sleeping car. Ethan said to me "mom, this train is dirty and kinda scary" (it totally was). It reminded Dennis and me of our train rides through Europe on our honeymoon :)
